If you would like to permanently delete your Venus Multi account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to emilkol777@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: Delete My Account
3. Include the email address associated with your Venus Multi account.

Your request will be processed within 30 days after verification.

• Account information
• Email address
• Game progress
• Leaderboard records
• In-game settings
• Purchased items linked to the account (if applicable)

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period only when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, security, or to resolve disputes.
